Feature Packages & Payments

Streamline offers feature packages for businesses and premium profiles so you can boost visibility across search, home carousels, and category pages. Packages are billed through Paystack (M-Pesa, cards, and bank) and activate as soon as the payment is verified.

Choosing a package

• Browse /pricing to see the 7-day, 30-day, 90-day, 6-month, annual, 2-year, and 5-year legacy options. Each card shows duration, savings, and core inclusions.
• Click a package to view the full benefits list, best-for guidance, and performance expectations. The Most Popular badge highlights the 30-day growth plan.

Paying for a feature

• Start checkout from a package page or a feature upsell in your profile/business view. We create a feature request ID that doubles as the Paystack reference.
• On successful payment, you're returned to /payment/success while we verify the transaction and activate the placement. You'll then be redirected to the relevant item (business, event, job, article, or submission) or to your profile if no target is provided.
• If you cancel at checkout, you'll land on /payment/cancel—no charge is made, and you can start over from your profile or the pricing page.
• Keep the transaction/reference ID shown on the success page; share it with support if you need help reconciling a payment.

Activation and visibility

• Active features apply premium badges, higher ranking in search/category results, and (for longer plans) homepage carousel placement, analytics, and social promotion per the package description.
• Notifications confirm payment and activation; you can also check the featured item directly to see the new badge and placement.
• Refunds follow the pricing FAQ (7-day money-back guarantee). Contact support with your reference ID for exceptions or billing questions.
