Oscar Kipchumba Sudi (born 1980) is the Member of Parliament for Kapseret Constituency, serving his third consecutive term. A close confidant of President William Ruto, Sudi rose from a matatu tout and cattle herder to become one of the most influential power brokers in the Rift Valley. Despite limited formal education, his grassroots mobilization skills and business acumen have made him a central figure in Kenya Kwanza politics. He is known for his outspoken nature and philanthropic contributions to youth and religious groups.
