Utilizing Instagram and her proprietary "Mange Kimambi App," she commands an absolute monopoly on Tanzanian political leaks, celebrity gossip, and anti-government mobilization. Operating safely from exile in the United States, Mange became the primary digital adversary of the late President John Magufuli. In 2018, she successfully orchestrated nationwide anti-government protests via social media, leading to massive, unprecedented police deployments across major Tanzanian cities. Government ministers, celebrities, and intelligence officers frequently fall victim to her highly detailed, often scandalous leaks provided by her vast network of anonymous domestic informants.
