Abraham Korir Sing’oei is a Kenyan international lawyer, scholar, and human-rights advocate who currently serves as Principal Secretary for Foreign Affairs. He studied at Moi High School Kabarak before pursuing law at the University of Nairobi and the Kenya School of Law. He later obtained master’s degrees in law from the University of Pretoria and the University of Minnesota, and further pursued global public policy studies at the University of Cape Town and Tilburg Law School. Sing’oei co-founded the Centre for Minority Rights Development and served as Litigation Director at the Katiba Institute. He also worked as a Rule of Law specialist with USAID. In government, he was senior legal adviser to Deputy President William Ruto, where he managed inter-governmental relations, guided international partnerships, and represented Ruto at the International Criminal Court, advocating for impartial justice.
