Justin Bedan Njoka Muturi (born 28 April 1956 in Kanyuambora, Embu) is a Kenyan lawyer and politician. He served as a principal magistrate (1982–1997), entered Parliament via a 1999 by-election for Siakago, became the first Speaker of the National Assembly under the 2010 constitution (2013–2022), served as Attorney General (2022–2024), and was Cabinet Secretary for Public Service & Human Capital Development (Aug 2024–Mar 2025). In June 2025 he was reinstated as leader of the Democratic Party.
