He stated that the process is proceeding smoothly under a well-coordinated national placement program designed to ensure fairness and equity.

Addressing graduates at the Tambach Teachers Training College, CS Magoha emphasized that comprehensive placement guidelines have been developed in close consultation with all relevant stakeholders. These guidelines are intended to ensure that no student is disadvantaged or left behind during this critical educational transition. He also highlighted the important role of career guidance teachers within schools and the active involvement of parents in helping students make informed choices about their senior school pathways and subject selections.
