Peter Oscar Nabulindo is the Member of Parliament for Matungu Constituency. He first captured the seat in a highly charged by-election in March 2021 following the death of Justus Murunga, running on an ANC ticket. He defected to ODM ahead of the 2022 general elections and successfully defended his seat. Nabulindo is known for his calm demeanor and focus on education bursaries. He serves on the Departmental Committee on Administration and Internal Security. He has been vocal about the revival of the Mumias Sugar Company, which is a critical economic engine for his constituency.
