Dr. Paul Otiende Amollo (born 1 February 1971) is a Kenyan lawyer, Senior Counsel, constitutional expert and politician who has represented Rarieda Constituency in Siaya County in the National Assembly since 2017 on an ODM ticket. Regarded as one of Kenya’s leading constitutional lawyers, he first came to national prominence as a member of the Committee of Experts that drafted the 2010 Constitution, where he helped shape core provisions on governance, human rights and devolution. From 2011 to 2016 he served as the founding Chairperson of the Commission on Administrative Justice (Office of the Ombudsman), overseeing investigations into maladministration and citizens’ complaints against public bodies and earning the state honour of Elder of the Burning Spear (EBS) for his contribution to public service.
