On the retail and services side, GTC Mall presents itself as a “shopping, dining & leisure” destination with a shops-and-services directory spanning categories like fashion, tech, health, home, beauty, books, kids’ items, and more—designed for quick access to essentials without leaving the district. This positioning aligns with the wider GTC promise of doorstep convenience for tenants and residents, where daily needs can be handled within the same complex. Dining is a core part of the experience, with an official “Foodie Directory” that lists multiple restaurants and cafes—from casual to sit-down options—supporting everything from office lunches to evening meetups.
