Festus Mwangi Kiunjuri (born 1969) is the Member of Parliament for Laikipia East and the Party Leader of The Service Party (TSP). A veteran politician with a career spanning over 25 years, he previously served as a Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture and Devolution in the Jubilee administration. He is known for his mastery of the Kikuyu language and proverbs, often used to mobilize the Mt. Kenya electorate. Kiunjuri returned to Parliament in 2022 after being sacked from the Cabinet in 2020 by then-President Uhuru Kenyatta.
