Mishi Juma Khamisi Mboko (born 1975) is a Kenyan politician and prominent Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) leader from Mombasa who currently serves as the Member of Parliament for Likoni Constituency in Mombasa County, a seat she first won in 2017 and successfully defended in 2022. Before that, she served as the inaugural Mombasa County Woman Representative in the 11th Parliament (2013–2017), where she championed women’s economic empowerment, youth opportunities and community development at the Coast. Within ODM she has risen to become one of the party’s most visible coastal figures, serving in roles such as Director of Elections and frequently acting as a key mobiliser and spokesperson in coastal politics and national opposition or coalition campaigns. Her public life is built on a long trajectory of grassroots organising, professional work and continuous study. Educated at Mtongwe Primary School and Likoni Secondary School, she later obtained a Diploma in Public Relations from the University of Nairobi, a BSc in Communication/Public Relations from Moi University and, more recently, a Master’s in International Relations from USIU–Africa. Before elective office she worked in the private sector as a personal assistant, office manager and administration manager in Mombasa-based firms, then as a manager and community worker in private businesses, and finally as a public officer at the former Kwale County Council, while also serving as a board member of the Central Agricultural Board from 2010. Politically active in Likoni campaigns since the late 1990s, she has used her successive terms in Parliament to push for gender equality, anti-drug abuse initiatives, improved public services and stronger representation of coastal interests in national debates, cementing her image as a vocal, grassroots-based leader from the Coast region.

In June 2014, Mishi Mboko was charged with incitement to violence and ethnic hatred following remarks made during Madaraka Day celebrations where she called for a 'revolution.' In March 2017, a Mombasa court acquitted her of all charges, with the magistrate ruling that the prosecution had failed to prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt.
