Jennifer Gillian Newstead is an American attorney and high-ranking corporate executive recognized for her extensive career spanning government service, international law, and the legal operations of major technology companies. In late 2025, Apple Inc. announced the appointment of Newstead as its Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and head of Government Affairs, marking a significant transition in the company's executive leadership.
