Biography

Professor Bitange Ndemo is a Kenyan academic and former government official, known for transforming Kenya's ICT sector. He served as Permanent Secretary for Information and Communications (2005–2013) under President Kibaki, and as of 2022 is Ambassador to Belgium and the EU.
