According to police reports, the tragedy unfolded on the evening of February 16, 2026. The two men had been drinking at a local den when a disagreement arose. What began as a verbal exchange over who owned a specific handset quickly escalated into a physical confrontation. The dispute spilled out onto the Kibos-Chiga Road, where the suspect allegedly drew a kitchen knife and stabbed the victim in the chest.
