Google has introduced its "Google AI Ultra" subscription, a premium $249.99 per month plan granting early access to its most advanced AI, including the Gemini 2.5 Pro model and other top-tier tools.
Google today announced the launch of Google AI Ultra, a new premium subscription tier priced at $249.99 per month, aimed at enterprise customers, AI developers, and innovation teams seeking early access to its most powerful artificial intelligence models and tools.
This high-end plan provides subscribers with priority access to Gemini 2.5 Pro, Google’s latest large language model, which features improved performance across reasoning, coding, and multimodal tasks. Gemini 2.5 Pro is the most capable version to date, fine-tuned for complex enterprise workloads and advanced research applications.
Beyond model access, AI Ultra subscribers will also gain entry to Project Mariner, Google’s advanced AI pipeline platform, and the Deep Think suite—a collection of proprietary tools for deep neural reasoning, model orchestration, and intelligent automation. These toolsets are designed to streamline end-to-end AI development, from prototyping to production deployment.
According to CEO Sundar Pichai, the AI Ultra tier is part of Google’s strategy to “put the world’s most advanced AI in the hands of builders, creators, and problem solvers.” He also noted that the Gemini ecosystem now supports millions of users globally and continues to grow across consumer and enterprise applications.
AI Ultra isn’t just about access to cutting-edge models—it also includes generous compute and storage allocations, premium support, and enhanced service-level agreements (SLAs) suitable for mission-critical environments. These enterprise-grade perks position AI Ultra as a viable platform for teams working on large-scale AI deployments, from generative content creation to scientific research and real-time analytics.
This subscription tier underscores Google’s accelerating push to monetize its AI breakthroughs and compete more directly with Microsoft’s Copilot offerings and OpenAI’s enterprise-grade tiers. By offering premium access and tools through a clear pricing structure, Google aims to give developers and organizations a frictionless path to experiment, build, and scale with its most advanced technologies.
Google confirmed that AI Ultra is now available to select customers through Google Cloud and will gradually expand access over the coming months. Additional features, such as model fine-tuning and private sandbox environments, are expected to roll out to AI Ultra subscribers later this year.
With AI Ultra, Google is positioning itself not just as an AI research leader, but as a platform provider for the next generation of AI-powered businesses and applications.
