Raila Odinga Jr. (born 1979) is the third child of Raila and Ida Odinga and a Nairobi-based businessman in media and manufacturing. He is a director at East African Spectre, the family’s LPG cylinder company, and the founder–CEO of Creative Hub Limited, a production house he has run since 2012. His Creative Hub role is documented in a 2020 interview, while East African Spectre lists him on its official leadership page. Publicly, Odinga Jr. is known for forthright commentary on policy and culture, including a years-long push to legalise medicinal cannabis, voiced through media interviews and posts on X. Following his father’s death in October 2025, he was formally installed as head of the Odinga family in a Luo cultural ceremony at Bondo, a transition widely covered by Kenyan outlets. He has since taken a more visible role around family and political affairs while continuing his private-sector work.
