Paul Russo is a Kenyan banker and corporate executive, appointed as Group CEO of KCB Group Plc effective 25 May 2022. Prior to this role, he was the Managing Director and CEO of National Bank of Kenya (a KCB subsidiary) from 2019 to 2022. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Moi University and an MBA from Strathmore University, and previously held senior HR and management roles at major banks including Barclays and Absa.
