Major (Rtd) Dhadho Gaddae Godhana is serving his second term as the Governor of Tana River County, having been first elected in 2017 and re-elected in 2022. Before becoming governor, he was the Member of Parliament for Galole Constituency and also served as an Assistant Minister for Communications.
