Customer data and marketing automation platform Klaviyo unveiled its Q1 2025 product release on February 4, 2025, introducing five significant new marketing features aimed at boosting customer acquisition, enhancing personalization, and improving campaign performance through intelligent automation. Notable new launches in this release include innovative "Spin-to-win" sign-up forms. These are interactive, gamified pop-up forms that offer website visitors discounts, prizes, or exclusive content in exchange for their email addresses, designed to significantly boost email list capture rates by making the opt-in process more engaging and enjoyable. Klaviyo also rolled out "Enhanced Mobile Push Notifications," which now allow for silent pushes (notifications delivered without sound or vibration, useful for background updates), dynamic app badges to indicate new content or updates, and a new intuitive editor for making real-time content updates to push notifications.
