In a geopolitical masterstroke, India and the European Union have finally signed a landmark Free Trade Agreement (FTA), ending nearly two decades of diplomatic wrangling. The agreement is a massive win for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s "Make in India" initiative and a strategic pivot for Europe, which is seeking to diversify its supply chains away from China.
