A tranquil evening in Kilifi turned into a scene from an action movie when Wajir Governor Ahmed Abdullahi was physically assaulted by an armed foreign national in a shocking road rage incident. The altercation has sparked a security scare and demands for the foreigner's immediate deportation.

The incident occurred along the Malindi-Mombasa highway. Police reports indicate that the Governor’s convoy was obstructed by a Toyota Prado driven by a Turkish national.
