Humanity & Inclusion’s Country Support Services Manager for Sudan’s Response oversees capacity building, finance, logistics and human resources. The manager coaches officers on policies, budget management and accountability; improves coordination between headquarters and field sites; supports local partners and new base openings; and represents the organisation in relevant forums. Financial duties include supervising budgets, supporting proposal development, managing reporting and audits, and ensuring donor and government compliance. Logistics responsibilities cover procurement planning, supply-chain management, fleet and stock oversight, equipment management and inventory monitoring. HR tasks include recruitment, payroll, staff training and legal compliance. Qualifications: bachelor’s or master’s in HR, finance, logistics or management; at least three years’ NGO experience; strong capacity-building and interpersonal skills.
