The Sales Manager will develop and execute land sales strategies to meet company targets. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new market opportunities; setting and monitoring sales team KPIs; supervising, mentoring, and training sales staff; overseeing client site visits, follow-ups, and deal closures; building and maintaining strong client relationships; negotiating and closing land sales deals; coordinating promotional campaigns for land projects; tracking sales pipelines and conversion rates; ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements; and preparing sales performance reports. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; at least 5 years of land sales experience (including 2 years in a management role); a proven track record of meeting sales targets; knowledge of Kenyan land laws and transaction processes; excellent leadership, negotiation, and customer relationship skills; and proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
