Humanity & Inclusion’s Country MEAL Manager leads the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) strategy for the Unlocking Opportunities project. The manager supports project teams in implementing quality-management processes, developing monitoring systems and data-management tools, and ensuring compliance with MEAL standards and donor requirements. Key responsibilities include designing indicators and monitoring plans, training staff, implementing accountability mechanisms, coordinating data collection and information management, leading learning activities, external representation and contributing to emergency preparedness. Requirements: bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; at least five years’ MEAL experience; strong analytical and communication skills.
