Andishi is seeking an experienced Backend/Platform Engineer to ensure the stability and scalability of a production cloud-native application environment. In this remote contract role, you will manage Kubernetes-based deployments (using GitOps tools like ArgoCD), monitor and optimize asynchronous task queues (Celery, AWS SQS/Redis), and maintain CI/CD pipelines and AWS infrastructure with a focus on reliability and performance. You will troubleshoot production issues, implement best practices for observability (using tools like Grafana and CloudWatch), and document operational processes. The ideal candidate has a strong track record with Kubernetes, distributed systems, and DevOps in high-availability environments, and can work independently to deliver a stable, well-optimized platform.
