Conciliation Resources’ Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Adviser maintains systems for recording and analysing programme data and organises evaluation processes, including Outcome Harvesting and donor reporting. The adviser provides technical support to teams and partners on MEL plan design, contributes to theory-of-change development, and ensures participatory and gender-responsive approaches. The role demands experience with complexity-aware monitoring, adaptive programming and facilitation, plus the ability to design theories of change, collect and analyse data, and support organisational learning through effective database management and group facilitation.
