This role supports the Real Estate Services (RES) project management function by managing maintenance and special projects for bank properties. Responsibilities include overseeing reactive maintenance, planned maintenance cycles, ATM upgrades, and other property-related projects aligned with strategic objectives; driving improvement and automation initiatives; and generating analytical management reports to inform decision-making. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, project management, or related field; 3-5 years of experience managing construction or real estate projects; professional project management certification (PMP, Prince2, etc.) is desirable; proven ability to deliver projects on time and within scope; strong stakeholder management skills; and familiarity with local building codes and banking regulations.
