Reporting to the Country Director, the Country Logistics Manager ensures efficient management of logistics resources for Sudan’s response. The role focuses on establishing robust logistics processes aligned with Humanity & Inclusion policies and best practices, enabling rapid scale-up, ensuring project compliance and providing technical support to field teams. Key responsibilities include defining the logistics section of the Strategic Operational Plan, deploying HI standards, overseeing operational implementation, facilitating professional development, and managing emergency preparedness and response (context analysis, resource and procurement planning). Requirements: degree in logistics or supply-chain management; at least five years’ procurement, premises or fleet management experience; four years’ coordination experience; strong analytical and capacity-building skills; ability to work under pressure and manage conflicts.
