Lead national programme coordination at the Association for the Physically Disabled of Kenya (APDK). Reporting to the CEO, you will develop short- and long-term strategic plans and budgets, work with branch coordinators to create annual work plans, and prepare accurate reports for the CEO and donors. The role provides on-the-ground support to branch staff to ensure effective programme implementation and adherence to organisational policies. You’ll cultivate relationships with donors and partners to secure funding and promote APDK’s services. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in project management, development studies, social sciences, public health or related field (post-graduate diploma in rehabilitation services is a plus), at least five years’ experience in a similar role, and strong leadership, communication and teamwork skills, with a track record of resource mobilisation and donor management.
