The Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning and Research Officer collaborates with programme teams to design and deliver the organisation’s performance function. Core tasks include developing monitoring and evaluation plans, designing data-collection tools, coordinating data gathering and information management, assessing results and outcomes, and analysing programme information on gender, inclusion and disability. The officer also manages performance reporting, coordinates evaluations, and supports learning and performance management. Requirements: relevant degree; experience in monitoring, evaluation and learning; strong analytical and communication skills; proficiency with data-analysis tools.
