The IOM’s cross-border project seeks a consultant to support peacebuilding and inclusive development in the DRC’s border regions. You’ll engage diverse stakeholders, including marginalised groups, to facilitate dialogue and design interventions that strengthen social cohesion. We’re looking for candidates with an advanced degree in international development, social sciences or gender studies, and at least five years’ experience in community peacebuilding or cross-border programmes, plus knowledge of migration issues. You’ll conduct research, convene workshops, and deliver reports that inform policy and practice.
