As a Sales Developer for Nairobi North, you will champion sales for Kenafric’s KBBL products within the Nairobi North territory. You’ll build strong relationships with wholesalers and distributors, ensuring products are available and visible while driving growth. The role involves working with distributors to boost availability and visibility, engaging wholesalers and supporting direct sales representatives, maintaining adequate stock levels, supporting new product launches and promotions, developing new customer accounts, gathering and sharing market intelligence, and reporting sales performance. You should hold a diploma in sales and marketing or a related field, have 2–3 years’ experience in sales (preferably FMCG), be proficient in MS Office, and possess strong communication, negotiation, time-management and organisational skills.
