Based in Nairobi, you’ll develop a technology roadmap, oversee battery specification and evaluation, manage supplier relationships and collaborate with engineering, operations and supply chain teams to ensure safe, efficient and sustainable energy solutions. Candidates need an M.S. in chemical, electrical or mechanical engineering and at least five years’ experience in lithium-ion battery technology, plus expertise in battery management systems, data analysis and safety standards.
